Describe the growing and covering context
Explain the crop or growing area, which surfaces will be covered, the period of use and how the cover will be opened, removed or handled. This information helps frame the discussion, but it is not enough to calculate a crop result or promise a temperature change.
If you have a target shade specification, state the value and how it should be verified. Visual mesh appearance or a photograph does not establish shade rate; agree on the product specification and applicable measurement or test basis.
Choose the supply format and dimensions
State whether you need roll material for further cutting or finished panels for a defined area. For rolls, give width, length per roll and quantity. For panels, list the finished dimensions and quantity for each size.
If panels need hems, grommets or a particular edge layout, show the details on a sketch and clarify which accessories are included. Do not assume a roll's width or processing is the same as a finished panel.
Review the sample against the written requirement
Keep the selected sample, product name, requested shade specification, dimensions and approved drawing together. Compare the delivered item to those records rather than to an informal image or an older version of the request.
Where a crop, structure or destination has a specific technical or compliance requirement, identify it before ordering and ask for the applicable documents. Site-specific growing decisions remain with the buyer's agronomist or qualified project lead.
Include packing and order planning
Give the quantity by size, required labels, packing format and delivery destination. If the greenhouse project has multiple areas or phases, separate them in the quantity schedule so each product lot can be identified.
Specifications, pricing, minimum quantities and production or delivery timing are confirmed for the actual product and order. This checklist organizes the inquiry; it does not promise improved yield or a particular growing condition.
