1. Review the reinforced hem and stitching
Look closely at the edge and check whether the hem appears flat and the stitching path is clear across the sample.
A hand-pull shot can show visible construction, but it is not a strength, durability or service-life test. Performance requirements need an approved sample, written specification and applicable testing.
2. Check more than one grommet
A single close-up does not show the full layout. Review several grommets along the edge and check their visible spacing and position within the reinforced area.
If spacing matters, agree on the measurement method, unit, spacing and tolerance in writing. Do not rely on phrases such as standard spacing.
3. Hold the mesh against stable light
A backlit view can help buyers observe visible mesh consistency across a sample.
It does not verify shade rate and cannot replace a technical specification or applicable test result.
