Use images to narrow the direction, then confirm an approved physical sample, agreed color code or written color reference.

Record the order details at the same time

Color is only one part of the finished order.

  • Application and sales channel
  • Approved sample or color reference
  • Finished size, unit and quantity
  • Hemming and grommet requirements
  • Packing, labels, barcodes or marks
  • Destination and requested timing

Put the approval basis in writing

Final color acceptance should refer to the mutually approved sample, code or written standard. Do not turn an unverified visual impression into a no-fade or zero-tolerance claim.
